the OEIS
Just wanted to let you know about this awesome resource I stumbled upon earlier this summer…
The On-Line Encylopedia of Integer Sequences!
Wikipedia introduction:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On-Line_Encyclopedia_of_Integer_Sequences
The OEIS:
http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/
Wikipedia and a number of other web resources refer to the A# of various sequences (the A# is always "A" followed by a six-digit number) in a significant quantity of the number-theory related pages.
The "hints" and "welcome" pages should provide enough info for you to start trying to find that pesky sequence you've always wanted…
Happy hunting!
